Landlords Electrical Certificates (EICR)
We undertake EICR electrical inspections and issue the relevant certification to prove your property is safe and legal to rent, landlords must have an EICR (electrical installation condition report) carried out by a certified electrician at the start of every tenancy or every 5 years.
NICEIC
Part P of the Building Regulations establishes electrical installation safety standards for domestic properties, this scheme is designed to ensure work carried out by us is in accordance with the current Building Regulations
