EICR Landlords Electrical Certificates (EICR)
We undertake EICR electrical inspections and issue the relevant certification to prove your property is safe and legal rent, landlords must have an EICR (electrical installation condition report) carried out by a certified electrician at the start of every tenancy or every 5 years.
